How to contact state government officials
1. NYHEN will never sell members' names or other information to any other party or organization, nor will it supplement this information with information from third-party providers. NYHEN will never provide members' information to any other party or organization without explicit consent.

Information which must be provided to become a NYHEN member is:
  • name
  • postal address
  • email address
All other information gathered is optional.

2. Members can update or delete personal information from the NYHEN membership database at any time by contacting the membership coordinator at member@nyhen.org. Note: Due to spam problems, we have disabled our email addresses. A new method for contacting us will be provided soon.

3. NYHEN will never sell support group information to any other party or organization. NYHEN will never provide such information, other than on its website's listing of support groups or in mailings to NYHEN members, unless explicit consent is given.

4. Support groups can update or delete personal information from the NYHEN website at any time by sending email to contact@nyhen.org. Note: Due to spam problems, we have disabled our email addresses. A new method for contacting us will be provided soon.

5. NYHEN uses log files to track website usage statistics. Log files capture only IP addresses, the time of each page request, and the name of the page requested. The identity of any visitor, including the visitor's email address, remains private and unknown to NYHEN.

6. This site contains links to other sites. NYHEN is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.

7. NYHEN will notify members of any changes to its privacy policy by posting a message to its NYHEN-Business email list.
